Wrestling with DDT: Malaria, Public Health, and Mosquito Control Before Silent Spring
Joshua Bader is a Ph.D. candidate at Mississippi State University. He is a transnational American historian with a special interest in U.S., North African, and Middle Eastern relationships. His project at Linda Hall will look at DDT, mosquito control, and fear of malaria in the United States between World War II and 1961.
